Iberico Ham Croquetas, Spanish Tapas, Deep Fry from Frozen, 12 Pieces, 40g Each Reviews

Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Our Iberico ham croquetas are made from delicious Iberico ham shoulder ham finely diced before mixing with a smooth and silky bechamel and rolled in breadcrumbs. They are so good, they are served in some of the best tapas bars in San Sebastian. Making your own croquetas is great fun, but this product takes out some of the hard labour and ensures you're getting the authentic croquetas experience made with top quality Spanish ingredients. Iberico ham croquetas are perfect for a tapas night, just deep fry from frozen in medium hot oil until golden brown on the outside or shallow fry in small batches, turning often, until a lovely, crunchy golden colour for 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve immediately. They come frozen in trays of 12 croquetas of approx. 40g each. Cook from frozen.

“These Croquetas are wonderful - it is just like sitting in a Tapas bar in Spain - well done to whoever makes them. Of all of them these are our favourites - stunning flavour.”

Hi Victor, Sorry to hear that the croquetas didn’t have enough ham flavour or creaminess. If you’d like us to look into this, please share your order number and we’d be happy to assist. Kind regards, Team Basco Fine Foods

“My daughter is a vegetarian but she has classified jamon iberico as a vegetable! Croquetas are imposible to make at home so I love buying these. They taste excellent and as good as found in any Madrid bar. A warning though - keep a close eye on the frying temperature and don't let it get much above 180C or the outside will burn.”
