Hi Fayza, I am sorry that you are disappointed with your paella pans. These pans are made from polished steel not stainless steel. After use the pan needs to be washed in soapy water and then a film of oil rubbed over the pan as explained on the website. This prevents rusting of the pan. However, if you do find some rusting, this can be easily rubbed off with a plastic scourer. In time the pan builds up a patina which will protect your pan and create a non-stick surface meaning that the pan, if looked after, will last you a life time. These pans are extremely versatile, going from hob to oven to table top and are the ideal pan for paella. Of course, if you are not happy with this pan you can return and be issued a refund.

“Bought 2 of these one as a gift. Really pleased with the quality for the price. I have used mine and it's a perfect size for a family of 4 and I just transferred the paella pan to the table (on a heat pad) so the family could help them selves.l to the paella.”
