Observe any master ham slicer in Spain and there is one tool they cannot do without - a long, thin, flexible Jamotec ham knife. Our knife is made from extremely sharp hardened stainless steel, ideal for cutting the thinnest slices of Serrano or Iberico ham. It is also light and flexible, allowing the blade to conform to every part of the ham. A proper ham knife is essential for yielding more delicious ham and is easy to sharpen and maintain. Your knife will arrive in a cardboard sleeve and plastic bag. Wash by hand with hot soapy water before use. Blade length: approximately 11 inches. Keep away from children.

“The knife itself is fine but it is sent only wrapped in bubble wrap. Would be better if there was a compatible sheath to go with it, included or sold as a separate accessory.”

“The pictured knife is not the one I received, the one advertised is pointed, has a heal and looks like a quality knife, the one I received was similar to the one I received with my last jamon sharp but not made to last, typical of the knives and stand that you get when you buy the budget package! This knife did not come separately packed as described but was just put into the box that my jamon came in, extremely disappointed!!”
