Kupela is a natural Basque cider made from a blend of selected wild apples. The cider is produced using traditional methods, allowing the natural fermentation of the apples to transform sugars into alcohol. This results in a fresh and fruity cider with a balanced body and inviting taste, full of fresh apple aromas and sunny fruit notes. Basque cider houses are known for serving large portions of cider with their traditional menu, which often includes large txuleton steaks. Kupela Basque Cider should be served cool, between 10-12°C. Pour it from a height of about 30cm using a special cider pourer called 'escanciador'. This releases the carbon dioxide bubbles, creating texture and releasing the aromas and qualities of the cider.
