A classic bloc de foie gras which is the perfect ingredient for a gourmet starter or canapés. The block of duck foie gras pâté is easy to slice and can be served with toast or brioche. This Malvasia foie gras is suitable for 4 people as a starter. Try serving it with some fig chutney or Sauternes jelly and accompany with a sweet wine, such as a Pedro Ximénez or a sweet Moscatel. We recommend serving the bloc de foie chilled between 0° and 5°C for at least 2 hours before opening. Once opened, cut into thin slices using a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water, or a cheese wire. Keep at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
