This spicy chorizo is made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante). This is a really excellent dry cured Chorizo. Quite spicy, with a thin easily pealed skin. Just perfect sliced on its own and absolutely delicious! I am sure I will use it in recipes but we ate the first one at a single sitting with olives and cheese! I love that the ingredients are so simple ( only salt preservative ). I am already ordering more. So pleased you offer this quality product.
