La Chinata black pudding pate with pine kernels is a very creamy product that combines the traditional flavour of black pudding; an ancestral food rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates. It is ideal to use in pastry fillings, empanadas, as well as with roast meats or to enrich sauces. It can be served cold or hot.
