Discover the amazing flavor of Spain's finest cured sausage – Arturo Sánchez Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota. Made from acorn-fed, free-range pork, this chorizo is blended with smoked paprika and garlic, aged for a minimum of 4 months in the mountain air of Guijuelo, Salamanca. Thin slices of this delectable sausage pair perfectly with a glass of fine Spanish wine. Our chorizo ibérico comes from black Ibérico pigs, using noble cuts such as Pluma, Secreto, and Presa. Ibérico charcuterie can only come from black pigs of the Iberian breed, known for their great capacity to accumulate fat under their skin and between muscular fibers. This fat is what produces the typical white streaks and brings the legendary flavor. Enjoy the rich and flavorful chorizo that will melt in your mouth.

The flavour was outstanding, however we were unable to separate the slices so knocked a star down. Not a problem in our case as it was just for us and would definitely order again!
