Our cured beef from Rubia Gallega breed is one of the star products of our Spanish charcuterie range. Also known as Cecina in Spain, this product is obtained from premium cuts of rubia gallega beef that carry greater infiltration, which are then subject to a light salting and subsequent curing for at least 8 months. Our cecina de rubia gallega comes in a 1kg bloc that is ready to slice and eat. We recommend slicing the beef and allowing it to come up to room temperature for 30 minutes before consumption and placing it on a tempered plate so that it melts slightly and opens all the rich and sweet flavours this premium cecina of rubia gallega offers.

I wait for this to come back into stock and bulk buy it. It is so good. You have to try it to find out. It is very meaty being pure finely minced pork without any rusk or filler.
