Our bloc de foie is dead easy to slice and simple to serve on toasted brioche.Why not try serving it with some fig chutney or Sauternes Jelly and accompany with some sweet wine, such as a Pedro Ximenez or a sweet Moscatel.We recommend serving the bloc de foie chilled between 0° y 5°C. Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water. You can also use a cheese wire.
