Mousse de foie gras is a delicacy made with slices of sautéed duck foie gras that are processed into a smooth, light, and spreadable paste.Mousse foie gras is fully cooked and ready-to-eat. We use nothing but duck foie gras, port wine, salt and sugar in our recipe, and the unique foie gras flavour comes through in every creamy bite.Simple and pure, our mousse is the way foie gras was meant to be experienced. It makes the perfect addition to a charcuterie board and is a must-have at any dinner party.We recommend bringing the mousse to room temperature for 5 to 20 minutes before consumption, to emphasise its taste at its best. To serve, it is best to open the two lids and push one side to extract the entire mousse onto a plate. Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water. You can also use a cheese wire. Serve the mousse on toasted bread with your choice of complements.

I thought this was a good basic sausage, not too fatty, went well with the spicy hoop, which is almost the best I have ever had because again it is solid and not fatty ( only 'almost' because it is not in the sun in spain with a glass of rose !)

excellent sausage but not sure whether to peel it or eat with the skin as it is quite difficult to peel off!

Finding high welfare "salami" products is not easy so I normally stick to Iberico and British artizan products. We loved this fuet alternative which did not last long after the first cut.
