This spicy chorizo is made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante). It is all natural with no artificial preservatives. The flavour of this distinctive smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country. Loza chorizo sarta is a fully dry-cured chorizo, ready to eat with your favourite cheese and wine, or just a chunk of crusty bread. No need for refrigeration.

I love Chorizo and have consumed a lot of it in my time. This horseshoe of flavour is priced as low, if not lower, than what you find at Waitrose. I bought 2 and wish I had gone for 4. Very tasty when lightly fried. There are so many disappointments when it comes to trying out different chorizos. Sort of hit and miss. This is a big hit and I am not going to wonder around trying to find something better.

Much better than any chorizo you get normally, even though they too say they are made in Spain. You can really taste the pimenton.

This is another of your offerings which is streets ahead of the examples you get in supermarkets. Great as a tapa and cooked with broad beans and garlic.
