Our Mini Cooking Chorizo is made specifically for us in La Rioja by a chorizo producer with over a century of experience. These bite-sized sausages are semi-cured for just four days, resulting in a softer sausage that retains moisture while becoming crispy - ideal for cooking. The secret to our Mini Cooking Chorizo's signature taste lies in the perfect amount of premium quality Spanish paprika we use. Each 1kg packet comes with a three-month shelf life. Our versatile ingredient is perfect for various cooking methods. Riojan Chorizo, a variety of chorizo produced in La Rioja, is known for its strong color, soft texture, and spicy, aromatic taste. Originally produced in the mountain valleys of La Rioja due to the ideal climate conditions for curing chorizo sausages, Riojan Chorizo has held the I.G.P. accreditation since 1990 to protect its authenticity.

Bring a Spanish breakfast to your home. First, fry until golden, then add some water and simmer until cooked. Then eat with a fried egg and chopped vine tomatoes with chopped spring onions. Add cooked rice if you want. Then relax !

I'm on the second batch of these chorizo and I'm still trying to determine what's lacking in it. I think it needed a bit of saltiness as it just doesn't have much flavour. One positive though is the absence of nitrites/nitrates in the ingredients list which is what I was after.
