This semi-cured sausage has been developed exclusively by Basco and the producer, resulting in a moist sausage with a crispy exterior, ideal for cooking. The secret to authentic Chorizo lies in Spanish Paprika, which we use generously to infuse our Chorizo with its distinctive taste. Basco Cooking Chorizo is perfect for grilling or barbecuing, as well as for use in sauces, soups, and stews, enhancing their flavors with our unique spice blend. Each packet contains six sausages, with a three-month shelf life.

This is a fine sausage heavenly flavoured with the exact amount of piquancy. My customers return for this week after week, it seems that Lockdown had left a void in their tastebuds they could not satisfy anywhere else.
