Basco Fresh Cooking Chorizo Picante, 350g - Spanish Semi-Cured Sausage with Premium Paprika Reviews

4.9 Rating 510 Reviews
Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Basco Fresh Cooking Chorizo Picante is the first charcuterie product under the Basco Brand, produced in La Rioja by a chorizo maker with over a century of experience. This semi-cured sausage has been developed exclusively by Basco and the producer, resulting in a moist sausage with a crispy exterior, ideal for cooking. The secret to authentic Chorizo lies in Spanish Paprika, which we use generously to infuse our Chorizo with its distinctive taste. Basco Cooking Chorizo is perfect for grilling or barbecuing, as well as for use in sauces, soups, and stews, enhancing their flavors with our unique spice blend. Each packet contains six sausages, with a three-month shelf life.

1st time I had heard of and used Basco as looking for a ham stand, (to go with a ham bought for us as a Christmas present) so topped up the order with some cooking Chorizo and Sobresada sausage and not disappointed, I will not be buying cooking chorizo etc from a supermarket anymore! and I will also probably be using basco for various family and (foodie) friends birthday and Christmas gifts going forwards! Excellent!
