“These sausages are incredibly versitle, very tasty and totally brilliant! I keep a stock of these in my freezer and use them regularly. With little cost and effort it is possible to pull quite an exotic meal together with these as the main flavour. My favourites include a roasting dish of orzo, baby vine tomatoes and oinions with the sausages nestling in amongst them and oozing their flavour into the dish or chopped up and thrown into a bowl of ratatouille.”
