Montanegra Iberico Morcon is a cured, smoked sausage made from select Iberian black pig meat. I liked it . Somewhat I expected this to be hotter in spicy terms. Looks much like Italian (Abruzzo) Ventriccina which is of course hotter and slightly less gristly.
