Based on a Catalan fuet sausage, Montbru have created this truffle cheese from selected goat’s milk and local black truffle. The cheese is then slowly cured like a garrotxa cheese to obtain a creamy goats cheese with mellow texture and unmistakable truffle aroma. Easy to cut and store, our Montbru Truffle Goat’s Cheese is the perfect ingredient in salads, pasta dishes, or melted on toast or as part of a cheeseboard.

Lovely cheese. Not too rich and overwhelming in truffle, allowing great goat cheese flavours to come out. Perfect as a dessert cheese.

This is the first time we tried this and it was really nice - not too much truffle, which can be quite overpowering. Something different for the cheeseboard.
