Rebollin Afuega Pitu Paprika is a cheese made entirely from pasteurised cow's milk. The cheese has a natural rind and has a striking orange, redish colour from the addition of spicy paprika.
On the palate, this paprika cheese has a slight acidity and it is creamy with a dry consistency. The spicy flavour of the paprika comes towards the end, it is pleasant without being too hot.
