Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Celler Kripta Franc Reserva 2021 is a cava with a light straw color and green hues. It has slow-evolving fine and persistent bubbles with good bead formation. The wine is clean and very fruity, with an apple touch and caramel notes against a mint and herbal background. The finish is elegant and balanced, with fruity and fresh flavors of ripe apple and syrup. The bubbles are well-integrated, with an excellent sugar-acidity balance. The aftertaste is long and delicate. This cava is a limited production, with numbered bottles and a minimum ageing of 24 months. It's perfect as an aperitif, and pairs well with ham, cured meats and sausages, seafood, fish with sauce, rice, poultry, meats, semi-cured cheeses, and desserts.

Absolutely delicious Cava and great value in comparison to most Champagnes. Lovely apple and pear underlined by toasty, biscuity and rich autolytic flavours.

Excellent cava. Not too expensive but tastes way better than supermarket options. Not sweet and fine bubbles.
