Celler Kripta Franc Reserva 2021 is a cava with a light straw color and green hues. It has slow-evolving fine and persistent bubbles with good bead formation. The wine is clean and very fruity, with an apple touch and caramel notes against a mint and herbal background. The finish is elegant and balanced, with fruity and fresh flavors of ripe apple and syrup. The bubbles are well-integrated, with an excellent sugar-acidity balance. The aftertaste is long and delicate. This cava is certified organic and has a minimum ageing of 24 months. It's perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a variety of dishes, including ham, cured meats, seafood, fish with sauce, rice, poultry, meats, semi-cured cheeses, and desserts.
