Born in Mallorca in 1927, Rosa Blanca is a well-balanced lager brewed with barley malt, maize, rice, and hops. Its golden pale color and light cream-colored head hide a harmonious blend of mild malty sweetness and soft bitterness. Towards the end of brewing, Citra hops are added cold to extract their fruity aromas and citrus notes without any bitterness. The mouthfeel is creamy and pleasant. Rosa Blanca exhibits a refreshing Mediterranean touch with its noticeable Citra hop aroma, granting nice stone fruit notes and a characteristic hint of citrus. Recommended to be served between 5 º and 7º C.
