Er Boqueron is a Spanish artisan beer made from natural ingredients, using Mediterranean Sea water from an area near Valencia known for its level of purity. Er Boqueron does not contain added gas, no filtration nor pasteurisation during the brewing process producing a light, refreshing and easy to drink beer. On the nose the first impression is of malt and freshly baked biscuits; toasty, with a follow up of peach and pear. On the palate there is hit of incredible freshness of fruit and bubbles with a back lick of iodine and balsamic followed by a sweet finish of peaches. Food Pairing Er Boqueron is the perfect beer to accompany tapas, Asian food, fried fish, charcuterie, Spanish ham or to simply drink on its own. 330ml Bottle / 4.8% ABV

Although a beer made from sea water doesn't sound appetising this is a cracking ale. It's flavour and quaffability belies it's strength and leaves you wanting more

My husband had this at a Spanish restaurant but we never found it again until we saw it on your website! He’ll be having a very merry Christmas!
