“We hired a boat for half a day and overall had a nice experience. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly before we set off, and the boat itself was clean and in good condition.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with the sun/rain cover as one of the bars got stuck and we couldn’t get it working properly. As it was a very sunny day and we had our 2-year-old toddler with us, this meant she had to spend most of the trip inside to avoid too much sun exposure, so we weren’t able to enjoy the boat fully.
We mentioned this when returning the boat and were only told “sorry about that,” which was a little disappointing. With the cover working properly, the experience would have been much better.”
“The boat was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find the location to collect the boat from. Collection was friendly, helpful and fast. We were on the water within minutes.”

“Yes it was a good time on boat although we are older and did find it fificult getting on and off at the stern and cooker wouldn't turn on but all in all a pleasant trip”
“It was nice the children enjoyed it so that was the main thing. Couldn’t find anywhere to moor up to go to a pub and it would be helpful to have a little booklet explaining the rules of boating mooring up, who to pay, a map etc as we were completed novices
Left a star off because we had to come back an hour early as we were told there was running water and there wasn’t. It was a hot day and our dog needed more water.”
