“Phantom was okay for first time boater's. Not praticical if your over 6ft or have disabilities. Cabins was no proplem. The first washroom was not ideal. You coudn't clean your teeth. Shower over the sit down bath is not ideal if you have disabilites. As one person couldn't get in it for this reason. One was over 6ft tall and a little over wait. And he found it difficault. The second washroom was little better. Not billient due to the shower not being long enough to reach to wash your hair or wash yourself down. i would say Phantom is more suitable for people just over 5ft or under. And suitable for children under 14 depending on their hight. would we do it again? Yes we would. on a different boat that is more pratical for everyones needs. We all used the shower facilites at Great Yarmouth. We all coped and managed. We still had a wonderful time. Kind regaurds Karan And gang”

Phantom is one of our older and more traditional cruiser designs, and we appreciate your honest feedback regarding the washroom and shower arrangements. Boat design can vary considerably across the fleet, and features that work well for some crews can be less practical for taller guests or those with mobility requirements.
When guests book directly with us, our team are always happy to discuss individual needs and recommend the most suitable boat for their party, including options with more spacious bathrooms and easier access. As your booking was made through an agent, we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to help with that selection on this occasion.
