“Had the best stay in Heron over Easter weekend, great views of the river and sunsets, the Heron was very clean, with great equipment and kitchen utensils. 5min walk into the main centre. The addition of the boat was fantastic, explored the broads and stopped off at the river side pubs! The bed mattress’s are a bit lumpy, but this wouldn’t put us off, We shall be back!!”
“Another fabulous break with Barnes Brinkcraft. We have been holidaying with them for 20years and stayed in most of the accommodation . Our favourite being the Daisy Broad Lodges. The boat is such fun and adds to the overall experience. Great team who are always so friendly and helpful.”
“Heron is a very comfortable property with plenty of space inside, very good views onto the water from the balcony, and easy walkable access to the main town. The kitchen area is light and airy with a comfortable sitting area in the lounge. The cottage sits on the edge of the boatyard and is peacful if you just want to relax. The activity around the boatyard is busy on change over days, but this makes for interesting people watching especially when the boats are being moved around with ease by the staff.”

This is much appreciated .... as a desk jockey, I do admire the skill of the staff moving the boats around in some pretty tight spaces, it takes me much longer
