“Disappointing given the price that it was self assembly. The spacer bar for the legs was flimsy - clearly not oak and they snapped where it jointed with the legs !! The screws unnecessary and there were no pressure screwed holes.
Overall, very, very poor and disappointing given the Ercol name and price !!
I am still awaiting replacement of the Ercol Heritage armchair which was damaged on delivery.
Never again Ercol...!!”
