“I purchased a set of Teak root furniture from this company, we were not given to opportunity to inspect it but on the surface it looked ok.
The following morning we inspected it, the main table had several repairs that looked out of place and there was a piece of wood hanging of a screw ofwere it had Brocken off.
One of the small tables was a reddish colour and not anything like a match to the other two tables and both had significant repairs.
I contacted the company and they asked me to photograph it which I did the responce was tepid saying that is the look I should expect, they then insisyeted I had a "Furniture Technicion inspect it, his opinion was it was not very good and although he could improve it he suggested I returned it.
Over the next six weeks I dealt with seven different people in customer services, the eventual outcome was I would carry out the repairs myself and they would replace the red table.
I asked them to photograph it before deliver it.
They left me a voice message saying the table was on its way and what ever condition shape or colour it was I would have to accept it.
This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with, so buyer beware.”
“I used this company to purchase some Teak root furniture, the furniture was Complete rubbish damaged screwed together and repairs all over the place and as far the after-sales team they were rude and bordering on aggressive.
They replaced the worst part of furniture but it was a battle and they treated me like they were doing me a favour”
