“A VERY big chair, had I the choice of returning it I would have done because not only is it big and bulky it's not as comfortable as it seemed when trying in the showroom. The quality of the leather is excellent and very well made, but as for comfort it's very disappointing. The back has very little support for the shoulders unless fully reclined, not at all comfy in the upright position. It reclines but the footrest can't be raised unless the back is lowered which is not always required. On the whole I am really disappointed with the chair. My advice to anyone purchasing it is to sit in for a while, rather than I did and just sat for a few minutes trying out the different ways of recline/footrest/ etc because this is very different to sitting in it at home and trying to relax in comfort. I wouldn't recommend this chair to anyone sadly and with hindsight regret buying it.”
