“Chair is beautiful and exactly what we ordered.....but ..... the wrong colour feet were sent with it. At the time the delivery guys told us they would sort it and get the correct feet sent to us. 6 Weeks+ later, still no contact. We rang up the showroom to find out about the progress. Very apologetic lady spoke on the phone and promised to chase it up. Very slow response. Eventually we had an email telling us that the legs would be with us in a couple of months time.
That is just not good enough.”
