“Although I like a firm seat, this is too firm, like sitting on a park bench. I thought after 3 months it would have softened a bit but it hasn't. Nice to look at but that's all.”

“Absolutely beautiful, soft leather and comfortable seating. We bought it for a little Snug (Man Cave) and it’s perfect.”

“It looks classy and is a lovely col. we Judy need to break the leather in a bit as it is very firm to sit on and can be a little uncomfortable. However, we will get there.”

“I purchased 2 3 seaters and 1 2 seater Ullswater. I have had a technician out today to investigate a creaking noise on one of the 3 seaters. He carried out thorough investigation and found nothing that needed repairs. Very polite and professional visit. I will be in touch if the creaking noise gets any worse.”
