“We are really pleased with these lovely, comfortable chairs. We bought them on 4th November and the courier didn't deliver them on the first delivery date we were informed of 7th November. They were randomly returned to the warehouse. The courier even said we weren't in when we had waited at home all day specially. We didn't hear any more about a second delivery day so the following week I phoned Barker & Stonehouse who arranged to have them sent out a second time. That was all very frustrating at the time but now we have been happily using the chairs for a couple of months and are very happy to recommend the chairs. Be prepared to be patient about delivery though as the courier is not as good as I would have expected.”
