“The lamps are very good, your sales team say very helpful things, your delivery times are ridiculous and your delivery partners a laughable. We had a table in a previous order which they threatened to take back, we had to pay some local builders to bring it in for them. When they arrived with the lights they said "remember us? we delivered your table" How we all laughed!”
