“I loved the look and colour of the cushions. But unfortunately after only a couple of weeks two of the zips have broke, which makes me suspect poor quality zips have been used. Customer service have agreed to replace them. But I either need to go to shop or send back in packaging (which I have now thrown out). I am therefore going to have to go to shop which is at least a one hour journey, which isn’t ideal. Fingers crossed the new ones last longer!”
