“I ordered the furniture about 3pm on Sunday. I got a phone call a couple of hours later asking me what day I would like it delivered - and it was arranged for the following Thursday. During the phone call I was told that the furniture would be delivered into my house, to a room of my choosing, would be assembled and put into place and all packaging would be taken care of - great service!
However - on the day of delivery I was told by the 2 delivery drivers (one was called Mike) that they could not assemble the pieces as they were flat packed - and they also only had a 15 minute time slot. I was not very happy about this after what I was told on Sunday during the B&S phone call. So Mike very kindly phoned B&S and sorted the situation out. An hour later 2 technicians arrived and put all of my furniture up and put it into place - absolutely awesome service!!
So there was a little error made somewhere - but B&S cleared it all up and did exactly what I was told on the phone call

“Fantastic quality, the only downside is the drawers, I kept catching the tops of my legs on them, therefore have had to block either side so I don’t keep doing this! I am clumsy though.”

“Quality is not the best. Female threads on legs were not straight, meaning bolts chewed the threads and would not drive fully home. Tried to contact Fenwicks regarding this but received no reply.”
