“I’m have 2 of these lamps in my kitchen diner and they are a simply stunning addition to the furnishings casting a pleasant light in the evenings when I don’t want to use the downlighters.”
“Lovely stand though shade far too light (full on White) light through it felt almost florescent so have ended up buying another cream shade from somewhere else.
Both shade and stand arrived damaged so had to return which was quite a faff and took sometime to sort out.”
“Terrible quality. Both lamp and shade arrived damaged. Customer service was poor. I wouldn’t buy this lamp again and I wouldn’t buy anything from Barker & Stonehouse again.”
“Had 5 delivered all damaged had to wait in for collection of damaged ones and delivery of replacement.
Never got any apology.
After the 5th one was damaged we cancelled our order.”
