“Just shows you appalling customer care at Barker and Stonehouse. This it was sent back due to the depicted colour not matching actual colour. Had horrendous time getting it exchanged and arguments about colour. Shocking !!!!!!!”
“I loved the look and feel of the Marnie Maxi Armchair and large sofa. Brown leather. bought from Barker & Stonehouse .... But was soon disappointed when after only being at home a day marks were on the chair arm... I rang the Teeside Park store to ask for advice to remove the marks ... I was told to rub with a damp cloth.. that was no good... After researching on the Internet a rubber was suggested this has helped . The seat cushions have soon gone flat ..no way to shake the filling that's if enough filling has been used to begin with. I still like the design of the chair and sofa but if I had been told of the downfalls ie easily marked leather and seats loosening firmness and height. I definitely would not have purchased this furniture. Janet Brown.”
