“Ordered but item was delivered in many pieces ! Item then Re- ordered for another home delivery and guess what ? Item was in many more pieces than the first item delivered !!
Customer Services were great in trying to resolve but clearly item was not packed with care or sufficient packing !!!
Tried to get the item delivered to a local store but there was a delivery delay with getting this organised so we cancelled the order and decided to go elsewhere !!
Barker and Stonehouse need to resolve basic delivery issues with goods of this nature as they must be losing considerable amounts of money on items which are ordered/delivered as broken or faulty.”
