“Marble top was poorly machined to left side of unit, when contacted customer services they insisted it was the design and no fault present, photographs were sent in to prove defect but still insisted that it was the design, customer service representative was rude and very abrupt.
Well below usual standards and we feel let down!”
“Beautiful Sideboard it is quite large but fits in my room well, It is very heavy with a lovely marble top,
As with the coffee table a small tip it would be if you think it looks big, chances are it is, always take a tape measure when buying something from B&S as there's that much furniture in there and the place is big things tend to look smaller than they are, The sideboard is quality and looks lovely especially if you buy the matching coffee table as well, There was a slight issue with a door that would quite shut properly but this was rectified very fast by the team, girls in the office sorted out a guy coming out to us within the day I phoned them”
