“The original sofa set arrived but was damaged,by the time we were aware of this it was 7.30pm so we sent some pictures and a brief description of the damage. Some 20 minutes later I was called and a replacement was arranged and delivered the following week. Outstanding customer service and one of the reasons why I continue to use Barker and Stonehouse”
