“Where to start.....
Ordered on 10th April, delivery arranged for 21st. No table delivered and wrong cushions. Further delivery arranged for 5th May (using precious annual leave). 40 mins after allocated delivery slot no contact, I called and was advised that the delivery was 25 mins away and that I would get a call 30 mins before (makes no sense). 1hr 10 mins later delivery arrived complete with table and wrong cushions again. I contacted B&S and was asked to send photos which I did. Was then asked for more photos as the angle was wrong.....I did this. Multiple calls made, I requested full refund and collection as ítem incorrect, advised that this was not possible but a £50 insulting gesture of goodwill was offered - this was declined. I asked for my call to be escalated and spoke to a senior staff member who looked at the photos and remarked "theyˋre not the right cushions", at last a resolution (I was premature in my jubilation). I was advised that I would receive a call the following day ie Friday 26th May.....I'm still waiting. Absolutely delighted that I spent £1899 on 10th April, still don't have the correct item and that aftercare is so appalling and substandard. Thanks B&S, however if you think I will just disappear you are very much mistaken. I'm not one for public complaints but your service is diabolical. Sadly unable to offer no stars”
