“I'm delighted with my second Runa armchair. It's exactly what I wanted after numerous sittings on similar chairs. It gives excellent support but I still can find myself drifting off sometimes! I had to wait a while but it was worth it and communication with office staff has always been excellent. My first one was returned and replaced very quickly as I wasn't satisfied with the very different grain on the arms. Photographs brought a very speedy exchange. Thank you.”
