“I would love to write a positive report about these tables as I was very excited to be getting them. Unfortunately Barker and Stonehouse use DPD as a courier. For some reason DPD consistently fail to deliver to our house and then lie to say they missed us and would redeliver on another day. I attempted to pay any additional costs for an alternative carrier but this was refused by B&S who told me they only ever use DPD and therefore I am unable to make any further purchases from the company. Such a shame but both DPD and B&S were totally unhelpful in this matter and I couldn’t get the tables which I am sure would have been lovely had I managed to see them in the real world!”
