“We purchased this set as an ex display unit. When it was delivered it was broken and assembled incorrectly. We informed B&S and they swiftly offered us a brand new replacement. I had to chase this a few times but a new set was delivered within 2 weeks and it is perfect. Overall customer service was very good and very responsive but unfortunately we were sold a broken piece of furniture from the Hove showroom”
