“I am very pleased with my bed when I was finally able to assemble it as it came with no hardware example screws, washers. After speaking to customer services they advised me I could purchase my own screws and they would reorder the items that were missing. These took over a week to come. So from date it was delivered to me being able to use it was two weeks, not ideal.”
