Unfortunately the lamp was damaged on arrived as was the replacement lamp but you have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a replacement and we are awaiting a new lamp delivered directly by yourselves as opposed to a courier. Thankyou for your understanding and service. Would definitely recommend you to friends or use you again when the need arises”
“Had to return it - not because of the quality of the lamp, it is beautiful - but because, even with measuring the shade size before hand, hadn’t really properly envisioned how big the shade is; it is huge, and came away out over my sofa. The quality of the spine of the lamp and shade itself os second to none, but you need to have a big space to properly do it justice. :(”
“Never write reviews however, worst service ever experienced. 3 broken lamps since November sent (1 of the same sent twice broken). Told there was huge stock up come in last week (In February at this point) to be phoned 1 weeks later being told they were in fact all out of stock. Not that apologetic, robot like customer service. Would NOT recommend”
“Very disappointingly this arrived looking like the leaning tower of Pisa. Had to send it back, was collected no problem, but getting a replacement was a nightmare. No communication at all from B&S to advise what was happening. I chased twice by phone, and each time was promised someone would phone me next day to advise of situation. The reason for delay was the couriers fault as they were busy because of the strike action. 100% accept that, but no-one ever phoned. After maybe 4 weeks, I phoned up again to cancel the order. Three days later it was delivered on my doorstep and I had to refuse the delivery. To be fair, I realise it's been a nightmare with all the Royal Mail strikes in Dec/Jan, but what was most frustrating is the poor communication from B&S. That's the main reason I cancelled the order.”
