“What could have been an amazing bed turned into an average one, due to the design of the feet. They are supporting a super king bed and the near £2000 mattress we bought from B&S at the same time.
The first bed broke within 4 months, and it took b&S far too long to sort it all. Whilst their after service is usually superb, this time the outsourced company who inspected the bed and repaired it were useless. After a temp fix failed we waited another few months for a replacement!!
Our overall feeling is this bed is not worth the money, and it’s a shame as normally B&S supply great products. The installer of the bed who worked for them also commented that the feet were not constructed strong enough in the design.”
