“Beautiful chairs, created the right aesthetics. Easy to put together (though arm ached after doing twelve of them). Great that they were packaged so safely, but can you re-think a little to make more sustainable? A large box plus 2 huge foam pads per chair does not scream sustainable.
Very comfortable to use/sit on, great height, lovely swivel, nicely cushioned. Would recommend.
Delivery not the best (far from the worst though) - simply given 2 hours notice of delivery, when I was expecting a slot to be booked in with myself. With it being a work place purchase, needed to rush over on a Friday afternoon to cover an empty space to receive delivery. But delivery driver was good.”
“Nice chairs second time around due to the base not fitting due to a manufacturing issue. Thankfully they were swiftly replaced and we now have wonderful chairs for dining. They are practical in the design as they swivel making it easy to get up out of the chair and turn to talk to others around you. I recommend them .”
