“The mattress is great. Sadly the after sales customer service isn’t very good. You can never speak to store to go to a call centre. You get told a different outcome every time you call. They say they will call you back and don’t. The only way is to go to the store to try find what is happening with your order.
Shame I have bought a lot of items from B&S. But the customer service isn’t very seriously lacking.”
