“Not impressed with the quality/comfort of the seating. Initially not impressed with customer service, only got somewhere after i contacted Barker and Stonehouse Director directly.
'Engineers' have been out twice. First 'engineer' said there was nothing wrong with our purchases, second 'engineer' spent 6.5 hrs tensioning the webbing.”
“After a week or so we noticed a small cut in one of the back cushions. We mentioned this to Barker and Stonehous who could not have been more helpful in getting it replaced free of charge.”

Neither had a full knowledge of the repairs that had been requested so consequently we had to re book further visits. A lot of time lost and inconvenience was experienced. Also the large seat inners were not removed so yet again another inconvenience.”

The furniture we bought was very competitively priced and stunning on delivery x
We had one arm cushion with slight click and this was easier reported , rectified and replaced x

“I just wanted a new part for my wardrobe door that had stopped sliding and a fitter to fit it. This took approx 4 months. I was finally sent the part and a set of wardrobe instructions !!! ( by post as unable to send via e mail!!!) it was only last lady I spoke to who grasped the situation and arranged a fitter who was of any use . (Fitter also great) . Very , very poor service around and definitely not an experience I would like to repeat.”
