“Very happy with the service given by the Guildford branch, the store manger in particular is very efficient , on the ball and decent about matters, when you do have little quirks to sort out, very happy with the furniture too, very good value.”
“I only opened one box. The chair in it was damaged. Bashed in transit I guess. Also the staining on the chair was done to a very poor standard - Patchy is a good description, it would need sanding down and re-doing for it to look right and be able to survive outside. Some of the joints had what looked like filler in them to make them ‘solid’. I really expected more for £1200. The cushions were thin and didn’t look comfortable at all. However I never sat on them as I didn’t bother building the chair. I just had B&S collect the whole set and got a refund. Not impressed - very poor quality furniture.”
